The ISQSH Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification for Healthcare professionals is aimed at providing Intermediate Level proficiency and knowledge in Lean Healthcare and Six Sigma principles in Healthcare. Green Belts can be supervisory level care givers or managers who support process improvement teams by participating as team members assisting Black Belts or leading process level projects as Project Leads. Green belts have Intermediate level expertise in concepts, tools and methodologies of Lean Six Sigma as well as the (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) DMAIC framework.
The ISQSH Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (GB-H) Certification Exam consists of 125 Questions, 3 hours exam;
Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) to assess the candidate’s understanding of the body of knowledge.
Candidates have to score minimum 70% to pass the Examination.
CANDIDATE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The ISQSH Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in Healthcare (GB-H) requires a minimum of 2 years of work
experience in Healthcare industry or completion of one Lean Six Sigma Project. In case the candidate has
less than 2 years of healthcare industry experience a Summary of Projects with the contact information of
Champion or Approving Authority needs to be submitted along with Exam Application. ISQSH may contact
the Champion or project Approving Authority at its discretion. (As per Global Industry Classification
Standard Healthcare industry includes Healthcare services – Hospitals and Clinics, Biomedical industry,
Pharmaceuticals industry, Biotechnology and Life Sciences.)
